Digital Marketing Specialist


Summary:
Qualified candidate would be responsible for all the creation and maintenance of our web, mobile, text and online banking sites to deliver content, graphics and analytics to ensure an exceptional experience.
To collaborate with the Marketing team on all campaigns, promotions, and strategies helping the credit union reach their organizational goals.
Plays an important role in maintaining our brand awareness and producing strong accurate content.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
To be responsible for identifying and prioritizing digital marketing objectives, creating and communication marketing targets through; email automation, text and website.
To review the performance of all the sites and for campaign reporting to ensure that revenue and costs per acquisition are managed and to ensure delivery of ROI.
To develop and execute solid plans to increase page views, unique visitors, time viewed, and repeat usage.
To develop day to day content, creative and user journey experiences through our website, email, text and digital initiatives.
To develop and execute various SEO and SEM initiatives to increase traffic and increase leads to the credit union's digital channels.
Set up connections between Marquis and Datemyx to create new targeted emails, on-boarding, re-boarding and drip campaign strategy.
Conduct keyword and competitor reach; explicated Google Analytics data and optimizing digital and social channels.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to plan, deliver and execute successful marketing campaigns.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager and/or Senior Vice President of Marketing.
Skills:
Experience in email, SEO, SEM, PPC and social strategy.
Experience with inbound marketing.
Creative and analytical thinking.
Experience with word press and CMS.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and photoshop.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Suite.
Experience with content creation and writing skills.
Experience with UX and customer experience.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to set and meet goals.
Ability to deal effectively with a wide range of individuals.
Must be proactive, self-directed and highly motivated.
Ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to relate to others.
Excellent attention to detail.

Education and/or
Experience:
Equivalent to a college degree (BS or BA in marketing, communications, advertising or related field) Minimum of 3
years in marketing or equivalent combination of progressively responsible related experience; or any combination of education and experience that provides that required skills, knowledge and abilities.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
