This customer service role is the first point and primary contact for Customers, End Users, and Sales Representatives. Responsible for meeting all needs for order processing, inquiries, MSDS requests, and general information within the North American Customer Management Center. The CCC works with internal departments, outside vendors, third party transportation and warehousing partners to provide accurate information and solutions to problems presented.
o Effectively and efficiently addresses customer's special needs and queries, including resolution of complaints and issues.
o Responsible for accurate and efficient entry and/or oversight of all customer orders, special instructions and changes.
o Maintain acceptable metrics as set out by the Customer Service Manager. Examples include but are not limited to: Average Speed of Answer, Calls/Lines per hour, Quality Monitoring, Order Entry Accuracy, CRM and ERP statistics.
o Resolves Customer feedback issues and involves the appropriate individuals or groups in the resolutions of issues that are beyond the scope of the CMC and ensures closure.
o Adheres and follows all related ISO procedures
o Maintains expertise in utilizing company systems and policies including ERP, CRM, voicemail, email, databases, order management, inventory, customer relationships, logistics and other support applications.
Minimum Qualifications for Customer Service Representatives include:
o High school diploma or equivalent
o Must be fully fluent (verbal/written) in both English and French.
o 2 years previous customer service experience.
o Candidates should have experience in working in a large, fast-paced, time-sensitive office environment.
o
computer
literate with accurate keyboarding skills. (Minimum 40 wpm)
o Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
o Team player with a positive outlook and high energy.
o Strong analytical skills, adept at problem solving and managing escalations.
o Detail-oriented, self-motivated; ability to take on additional responsibilities as required and be able to work with minimal supervision.
Commitment to customer service excellence.
o Oracle CRM OD, JD Edwards, Google Products, Microsoft Office experience an asset.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
