What youll do:
You will meet and/or exceed sales targets for authorized engines and PAC (Parts, Accessories, and Clothing), including I/O targets, monthly/quarterly shipment targets and annual objectives. You will also establish specific dealer plans with a goal of maximizing performance and upskilling of the dealer network. Dealer loyalty will increase as a direct result of your active role as a business consultant. And importantly, youll use your demonstrated understanding of marketing dynamics to provide critical territory feedback.

To qualify for one of these positions, you must have:
A Bachelors degree (strongly preferred)
Two to three years of demonstrated sales experience
Customer service and/or direct/phone sales experience (highly advantageous!)
Drive, motivation and desire to build a territory
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Entrepreneurial spirit with a can/will do attitude
Proficiency in Windows-based systems, including Office products
