We are looking for a talented, versatile and inspired videographer and photographer to join our in-house Creative Services Team. As the videographer/photographer, you will be responsible for capturing video and photo content and developing engaging content. You will manage multiple projects, while working hand in hand with our marketing team. Creative direction may come from our lead creative agency, but you will also be tasked to create compelling content ideas with the goal of changing the conversation of how people talk about, and perceive the Evinrude brand, while working within our brand guidelines. A successful candidate is a great communicator, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple projects on tight deadlines.
Responsibilities Including but not limited to:
Capture, edit and deliver high quality, original, engaging video content for a variety of outputs for use in marketing campaigns, website, social etc. Works within established brand guidelines to ensure the consistency and impact of Evinrude's visual brand identity
Shoot video and still photos to illustrate stories, and execute pre and post production processes (shoot, edit, design motion graphic based elements, organize and tag assets)
Ability to make interviewees feel comfortable in front of the camera in order to capture authentic content
Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process
Coordinate video shoots including developing and capturing shot list, setting up, operating, and maintaining in-house equipment
Ensure logical sequencing, pacing, input music, balance audio, color correct, develop graphics and effects, insert subtitles etc.
Produce content that can be utilized both vertical and horizontal
Collaborate effectively with marketing team and lead creative agency
Ability to visualize user flows and translate to creative content concepts
All other video and photo related duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
A BFA in a video production or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in hands-on videography, photography, video editing, motion graphics, color correction, illustrations, interviewing and content creation.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere and After Effects) or similar video editing software
Knowledge of social media best practices
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive timelines
Organized and focused approach to delivering engaging content with excellent attention to detail
Understanding of how content impacts the user experience and contributes to success of a company
Ability to travel a minimum of 50% of the time
Experience in capturing photo/video in a marine or outdoor environment preferred
Portfolio of prior work demonstrating expertise in video and photo capture, and video editing
Position based in Sturtevant, WI

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
